We’ve heard your calls (via emails, DMs, and socials) over the years to revive the PXF training video archive. Back in the day, PokerXFactor was at the forefront of poker training during the online poker boom. Our pros excelled in exploitative poker strategies long before it became a buzzword. Now, we’re happy to reintroduce these “PXF Classic” videos.
This will take some time (we will not bore you with the lost servers when our ISP shut down suddenly overnight), but we think it will be fun to get them back online. Of course, poker continues to evolve — everything from bet sizing to overbetting to complex GTO strategies — but winning poker tactics are often evergreen.
As we steadily roll out PXF Classic videos, our vision extends beyond these gems. We aim to empower the passionate amateur poker player with concise insights that blend the art of exploitative poker from PXF Classic videos with curated modern lessons and GTO strategies. Plus, the PXF Training Center is free to our PXF Newsletter subscribers!
Let’s face it: if you are like me, you are not a professional poker player. We all want to beat our home games, do well at the local casino, go deep and win online, and maybe even make a splash at the WSOP.
The vast sea of poker training content online today can be overwhelming — and it is seemingly growing exponentially. While there’s a charm in the entertaining poker videos, not all promise a tangible boost to your poker skills. And let’s face it, deciphering GTO poker can be a maze, albeit a fascinating one. Our goal is to guide you in sifting through the noise of great content, spotlighting those nuggets of wisdom and contemporary tools that can elevate your game and save you time.
We are just a small team of poker enthusiasts working on PXF now. This journey is a “building in public” endeavor, with the scaffolds being affiliate links, advertising, referrals, and possibly premium courses to sustain the initiative. We will try different things, see what happens, and change as necessary … and not take things too seriously.
